Competent Person Schemes were introduced by the Government to improve installation standards and compliance with the Building Regulations.

 

 

Our approval means we meet industry recognised standards and are registered with NAPIT who are authorised by Government and accredited by the United Kingdom Accreditation Service for your peace of mind.

 

 

It means we:

 

 

  • Can save you time and money by self-certifying work that would otherwise need to be inspected by Building Control*

 

  • Meet strict scheme entry requirements,  including holding appropriate qualifications, insurance, training and experience to demonstrate compliance with industry recognised standards

 

  • Undergo regular technical assessments and business audits to ensure our on-going competence and integrity

 

  • Supply the necessary Electrical Installation Certificates and Building Regulations Compliance Certificates if applicable. These are required to demonstrate compliance with the Building Regulations and BS 7671 and you will need them if you should come to sell your property
